7/5/2023 0 Comments Anti mog syndrome![]() ![]() Why autoimmunity develops is largely unknown. The cause of the remaining cases is still unknown, and it is likely heterogeneous. In more than 80% of cases, IgG autoantibodies against aquaporin-4 ( anti-AQP4+) are the cause, and in 10–40% of the remaining cases, IgG antibodies against MOG are the cause. NMOSD is caused by an autoimmune attack on the nervous system. Lesions may also affect the diencephalon, mostly in Aquaporin-4– Immunoglobulin-G (AQP4-IgG) NMOSD. Additional brain lesions are common but often asymptomatic (though cognitive deficits, as well as depression, may be underdiagnosed sequalae). Lesions in the area postrema of the medulla oblongata can cause vomiting or hiccups, as well as pain and tonic spasms. Lesions in the brain stem or upper cervical spinal cord can cause respiratory insufficiency. Less commonly than the spinal cord and optic nerve, NMOSD can affect the brain stem. However, with the discovery of disease-causing antibodies, a broader spectrum of disease manifestations has been grouped with NMO into the diagnosis of NMOSD. Ĭlassically, NMO included only symptoms of myelitis and ON. Compared to idiopathic ON and ON due to multiple sclerosis (MS), ON due to NMOSD more often results in severe visual loss at onset, with bilateral involvement, and permanent visual deficits. ON may lead to varying degrees of visual impairment with decreased visual acuity, although visual field defects, or loss of color vision, may occur in isolation or prior to formal loss of visual acuity. The second most common initial manifestation of the disease is inflammation of the optic nerve and/or optic chiasm ( optic neuritis, ON). The myelitis can be transverse, affecting an entire cross-section of the spinal cord, and showing bilateral symptoms. Myelitis causes spinal cord dysfunction, which can result in muscle weakness, paralysis in the limbs, lost or reduced sensation, spasms, loss of bladder and bowel control, or erectile dysfunction. The most common initial manifestation of the disease is inflammation of the spinal cord (myelitis). Deficits can be temporary or permanent, the latter especially in the absence of treatment. Signs and symptoms usually follow a relapsing and remitting course, but occasionally can be progressive (monophasic). The signs and symptoms of NMOSD depend on the neurologic structures the disease affects, and, to some extent, the antibodies involved. However, NMO is not related to MS in the vast majority of cases and differs from MS substantially in terms of pathogenesis, clinical presentation, magnetic resonance imaging, cerebrospinal fluid findings, disease course, and prognosis. In consequence, NMO was in the past wrongly considered a clinical variant of MS. in patients with long-standing MS resulting in confluent spinal cord lesions mimicking the long spinal cord lesions typically seen in MS). Multiple sclerosis (MS) and NMO can be similar in clinical and radiological presentation, and MS may very rarely present with an NMO-like phenotype (e.g. In some cases, the etiology remains unknown ( idiopathic NMO). connective tissue disorders, paraneoplastic syndromes) or infectious diseases. Rarely, NMO may occur in the context of other autoimmune diseases (e.g. ![]() A subset of anti-AQP4-negative cases is associated with antibodies against myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein ( anti-MOG). In more than 80% of cases, NMO is caused by immunoglobulin G autoantibodies to aquaporin 4 ( anti-AQP4), the most abundant water channel protein in the central nervous system. A relapsing disease course is common, especially in untreated patients. Episodes of ON and myelitis can be simultaneous or successive. Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders ( NMOSD), including neuromyelitis optica (NMO), are autoimmune diseases characterized by acute inflammation of the optic nerve ( optic neuritis, ON) and the spinal cord ( myelitis). ![]() There are isolated pockets in the building where you busy yourself most often - the apartment, the offices, the basement - but in between are corridors of empty rooms that you can't enter, which might as well be blank space. You, as a player, are one step removed from the uncanniness when creepy things start to happen. The Timberline doesn't, because you don't feel at home in a hotel by definition, even if Nicole does. Gone Home works because you know how to navigate a family home. Where Gone Home lead you naturally through the empty house as you discovered new things, The Suicide Of Rachel Foster leads you by the nose, partly because, though the Timberline is a nice vision of gently spoiling grandeur - the Miss Havisham's wedding cake of hotels, but with a bit of The Shining flavour - it's a lot bigger than a house. ![]() And there isn't a voiceover telling us that - it's just something to look at and understand. Leonard's thinking had, we can infer, changed over the last decade. But around his bed you find tomes about ghosts, and how to talk to the dead. The apartment where Nicole's dad lived out his mouldering last days in a likewise mouldering hotel, for example, is full of books about physics, the stars, and space. The Suicide Of Rachel Foster is actually really good at that, too. I'll forgive a lot for a mystery where I noodle around an empty building full of sweet, sweet environmental storytelling. Irving is unreasonably invested in Nicole's plight, for reasons you eventually discover. She's not entirely isolated, however, as she has an early mobile phone that lets her speak to Irving, a FEMA agent stationed nearby. Nicole, back at the Timberline to inventorise and sell it after the deaths of both her parents, ends up investigating this piscine odour - this whiff of trout - while she's trapped there for a few days during a snowstorm. So far, so titular - and obviously, there turns out to have been something fishy about Rachel's death. It seems she probably died on the same day that Claire and Nicole left. ![]() Shortly thereafter Rachel went missing, and was found a few days later at the bottom of a cliff, with a note indicating she had taken her own life. Ten years before the events of the game, Nicole and her mother left suddenly, and never returned, after it was discovered that Leonard was having an affair with the 16-year-old Rachel. They ran the hotel and lived there with the teenaged Nicole, while Leonard was tutoring local girl Rachel Foster, and by all accounts it was a pretty successful set up. You play as Nicole, a grown woman now returning to the Timberline, an old mountain hotel that belonged to her parents, Claire and Leonard. Then, in the last half hour or so, it goes properly off the rails and the content warning is proven necessary. ![]() It's a decent enough first person explorey mystery along the lines of Firewatch or Gone Home, but, you know, not as good as either of those. I would have said that about The Suicide Of Rachel Foster too, at least based on the bulk of the game. There are sensible ways to deliver content warnings, and a game signposting that it is extremely serious business in massive white letters on a black background usually means that, in reality, the contents of it are pretty milquetoast. Normally these feel a bit like grandstanding. If you couldn't tell from the title, The Suicide Of Rachel Foster makes sure you know it's about proper issues with one of them big content warning screens up front. ![]() 7/5/2023 0 Comments Project planner free template![]() Does your business have a preferred method of communication?.Is there anything stakeholders might not understand that we can explain in more detail?.What would prevent this project from being successful?.Do you have any project points (or business events) in mind during which you would like us to present our status to a large group?.Has your business been through a project like this before? You can fine tune with percentage and be in time, I mean, doing that for years and I am using Battery about 13 years since release of v3 so figure it out. But again under the hood, they are linked to DAW tempo at 4er. Only downside is that you can not make quantize timings of both of them in notes instead in percentage. ![]() While in Battery 4 that function is removed and improved which means it is seamless playing articulation as long note is not released, which is a whole universe better more control if you ask me, more human control.
